Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility

Non-Returnable Items

- Opened or used hygiene products, candles, and aromatherapy items
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
